Darby Davis
About
Darby is an associate in the Greenville office who practices general civil litigation with a focus in insurance defense. She started with Clawson & Staubes as a summer law clerk while attending the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to law school, Darby graduated from Clemson University with a degree in business management and a minor in psychology.
Darby graduated law school cum laude where she was heavily involved in various organizations, including Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Children’s Advocacy Law Society, Student Bar Association, and Women in Law. She also worked in the law school’s Veterans Legal Clinic assisting veterans with their post-military benefits. Additionally, Darby was a Legal Research and Writing Tutor for two years.
Darby currently lives in Greenville, South Carolina, where she enjoys cheering on the Clemson Tigers. She loves spending her time with her fiancé, Chris, and their pitbull, Leo. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants and visiting her family’s cattle farm in north Georgia.
