Erik N. Batlle

Erik attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree, where he graduated with honors and majored in Peace, War, and Defense. He later graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2023.

Erik served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a bomb dog handler for five years and he was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 and 2011.

Prior to joining Clawson & Staubes, Erik worked as an Assistant Solicitor in the Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office.

Erik lives in Myrtle Beach with his family, and their German Shepherd. In his free time, Erik enjoys grilling and exploring the local scene with his family.
