M. Grayson Gibson
About
Grayson practices exclusively immigration law. Grayson handles employment-based and family-based immigration matters. He regularly represents clients in applications for nonimmigrant visas, lawful permanent residence (green cards), and United States citizenship. Grayson also has experience representing clients in applications for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, and waivers. Grayson works with clients from North Carolina, South Carolina, and around the world. Grayson is fluent in Spanish.
Grayson is a double Tar Heel and a North Carolina native. He graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Grayson served as the Vice President of the Immigration Law Association and participated in the Immigration Clinic.
Grayson currently serves on the Mecklenburg Bar Foundation’s Ayscue Professionalism Award Committee. He is also an active member of and immediate past chair of the Immigration and Nationality Section of the Mecklenburg Bar Association. Grayson is a graduate of the Mecklenburg Bar Association and Foundation Bar Leadership Institute.
