Paul Timmerman

Paul’s practice focuses on civil defense litigation in the firm's Aiken office. He has tried numerous cases to verdict. Prior to joining Clawson & Staubes, Paul practiced with a civil defense firm in Aiken, served as Assistant Solicitor for the Second Judicial Circuit, and clerked for the Honorable William P. Keesley in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Paul lives in Aiken with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with family, getting outdoors, and watching the Clemson Tigers.
