Penn W. Ely

Penn became an attorney to guide clients through conflict and resolve disputes effectively. He has tried numerous cases to verdict. His practice includes personal injury, insurance coverage, business litigation, workers’ compensation, employment discrimination, and debt collection. He is also a certified mediator.

Penn graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina. He attended high school in Greenville, South Carolina.

Penn serves on the firm’s Executive and Recruitment Committees. An Eagle Scout, he is also a member of The Society of the Cincinnati, the nation's oldest patriotic organization. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
