Todd Rigler
About
Todd’s practice is primarily focused on personal injury. After serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Steven H. John, Todd began practicing law as insurance appointed defense counsel in personal injury cases. Later, Todd continued his work in personal injury cases while working at a plaintiff’s law firm. Todd has now come back to practicing law on the defense side at Clawson & Staubes.
Todd attended Clemson University for his undergraduate degree majoring in business management. He later attended the University of South Carolina where he earned a master’s degree in sports and entertainment management. Todd then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he earned his juris doctor.
Todd is a past president of the Myrtle Beach Sunrise Rotary Club, of which he has been a member since 2014. He is active with the Horry County Bar Association including serving as the president (2023), vice president (2022), treasurer (2021), and secretary (2020). When he is not working, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, and rooting on his favorite sports teams
