Tom Nance
About
Tom started practicing law in 1997 and has an extensive background in insurance defense litigation. He practices in the areas of auto and trucking accident claims, premises liability, products liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, insurance coverage analysis, defamation, construction defects and accidents, catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He has over 60 jury trials to verdict.
Tom represents clients in North Carolina District and Superior Courts, North Carolina Federal District Courts and has argued before the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Originally from Greensboro, he attended East Carolina University for his undergraduate degree and obtained his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
When not working, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and fishing on the North Carolina Outer Banks.
